Докатились. MSDN в справке по параметрам системных утилит половину текста посвящает тому, как эти утилиты запускать с этими параметрами и как вообще отыскать екзешник утилиты в папке System32. Ещё лет десять, и там начнут писать, как находить нужные кнопки на клавиатуре.
